Yes. We accept exchanges and returns according to our return policy. Items must be
unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition within the specified
timeframe.

On-the-Spot Returns & Exchanges within Cairo and Giza: Items for refund or exchange must be returned to the courier at the
point of delivery, with only the delivery fee charged. For exchanges, a new
order must be placed online. (Partial acceptance or refusal of individual
items within the package is not allowed, you can only receive or return the
whole package).
