• (Cairo - Giza) Orders placed are delivered within 2–4 working days.
• (Other Governorates) Orders placed are delivered within 3–5 working days.
• Delivery delays may occur if the registered contact number is incorrect, or the delivery address is inaccurate.

Return & Exchanges Policy for Cairo and Giza:

• Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect items immediately upon receipt and before the courier departs.
• On-the-Spot Returns & Exchanges: Items for refund or exchange must be returned to the courier at the point of delivery, with only the delivery fee charged. For exchanges, a new order must be placed online. (Partial acceptance or refusal of individual items within the package is not allowed, You can only receive or return the whole package).
• Responsibility After Acceptance: Items accepted without inspection are the customer's full responsibility; no refund or exchange can be processed once the courier has departed.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate a suitable delivery time with the courier to allow for immediate inspection and try-on.

Return & Exchange Policy For other Governorates:

• Immediate Inspection is not available, and you have (3) days only from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• All returned items will undergo inspection once they are returned to our warehouse.
• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of (7) days after the item has successfully passed inspection.
• Items must have the tickets attached.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and not damaged.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject refunds or exchanges based on the item’s condition.
• Customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees related to approved exchange or refund requests.
