Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect items immediately upon receipt and before the courier departs.
On-the-Spot Returns & Exchanges: Items for refund or exchange must be returned to the courier at the point of delivery, with only the delivery fee charged. For exchanges, a new order must be placed online. (Partial acceptance or refusal of individual items within the package is not allowed, You can only receive or return the whole package).
