2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods.

3. Product Information

  • We strive to accurately display product images, colors, sizes, and descriptions.

  • Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or handmade details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within Cairo & Giza are delivered within 2–4 working days.

  • Orders to other governorates may take longer; delays can occur if the registered contact number or delivery address is incorrect.

  • Maison Farida is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Partial returns are not allowed. Orders must be returned in full or kept in full.

  • For the Ramadan Collection, returns or exchanges must be requested within 2 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, with tickets attached, and in original condition.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after successful inspection.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to approved returns or exchanges.

6. Account & Security

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Maison Farida, including images, logos, designs, and text, is our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Maison Farida is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the total purchase price of the affected products.

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Egypt.

  • Any disputes arising from your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt.
